I have been asked to research and ask other Park Districts if they would share how their summer went last year.  We are trying to put together some statistics for the board and it would help a lot if we could say that we are not the only pool that did not generate great revenue for the summer.

Also, if you did make a profit what do you think contributed to it and how did it compare to previous years.  I know that my groups and private rentals (especially the camps) were what helped me in Wheeling.  Is this the same for everyone else or was it daily admissions, new attractions, concessions what?  I think I have found my challenge for this summer.
