This training course is designed for pool managerial staff to help teach the fundamentals of running an aquatic facility. Participants will gain valuable training on dealing with issues pertaining to staff, patrons, facilities, Emergency Action Planning and Training, etc. Though this training will satisfy the Ellis and Associates requirements for “Basic Leadership Training”, it is designed to benefit pool managers of all other certifications including American Red Cross and Starfish Aquatics.
