Basic Leadership Training

This training course is designed for pool managerial staff to help teach the fundamentals of running an aquatic facility. Participants will gain valuable training on dealing with issues pertaining to staff, patrons, facilities, Emergency Action Planning and Training, etc. Though this training will satisfy the Ellis and Associates requirements for “Basic Leadership Training”, it is designed to benefit pool managers of all other certifications including American Red Cross and Starfish Aquatics. This program is being offered on 2 dates and at different locations to make attending more convenient. May 15 will be at the Arlington Heights Park District and May 29 will be at the Bartlett Park District.     This is a great opportunity for your managerial staff to learn mor about the fundamentals of managing aquatic facilities and staff. Good job Karen, Chuck, and Jackie for setting this up.
